We currently serve customers within the Delhi NCR region. Please ensure that the delivery address falls within this area before placing an order.
Order Processing Time:
Upon receiving an order, we require a minimum of 24 hours for order processing. This allows us to prepare your cake with utmost care and attention to detail.
Delivery Options and Timelines:
We offer the following delivery options based on the distance from our bakery:
Standard Delivery:
Delivery within 5 kilometers: INR 100
Delivery within 5 to 10 kilometers: INR 200
Delivery above 10 kilometers: INR 450
Please note that the delivery charges mentioned above are in addition to the cost of the cake.
Minimum and Maximum Delivery Timelines:
The delivery timelines for our standard delivery option are as follows:
Minimum Delivery Timeline: 1 day from the order processing date.
Maximum Delivery Timeline: 1 to 2 days from the order processing date.
Express Delivery (Additional Charges Apply):
Minimum Delivery Timeline: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon).
Maximum Delivery Timeline: 1 to 2 days from the order processing date.
Delivery Process:
Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. We use appropriate packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit. However, we recommend refrigerating the cake immediately upon delivery to preserve its taste and texture.
Delivery Tracking:

Delivery Issues:
In the rare event of any delivery issues or delays, we will make our best efforts to resolve the situation promptly and ensure your satisfaction. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you encounter any problems.
